Since graduating from university in 2015, I have dedicated over 9 years to exporting premium A-grade nylon6 dipped tire cord fabric, polyester cord fabric, and synthetic fabrics. My primary clients are international tire, rubber hose, and rubber belt manufacturers. This is our waste nylon fabric. While I do not have the exact lengths, which typically span from 3m to 10m, I understand that length is a crucial aspect for many buyers as it affects their resale value. We are open to negotiations to meet our clients' needs. As for the denier size, it generally ranges around 2 to 3 denier, although we cannot guarantee this specification for all fabrics. Our policy is not to separate the twists of the fabrics, ensuring you get them as they are.

This is our waste polyester fabric. Similar to our nylon fabrics, I cannot specify the exact lengths, which generally range from 3m to 10m. I am aware that length is critical for many buyers due to its impact on resale value. We are more than willing to discuss terms that benefit our clients. Although I can't guarantee that all fabrics are 2 or 3 denier, you might receive them based on availability. We maintain the integrity of the fabrics by not separating their twists.

Introducing our B-grade nylon dipped tire cord fabric. You can observe the deep brown color from the picture. As this is an inventory product, it might slightly affect tire performance if used for tire production. However, it remains a popular choice for many smaller international tire factories, particularly for motorcycle and bicycle tires, due to its cost-effectiveness. While I do not recommend using it for tire manufacturing, this fabric is excellent for producing fish nets and ropes, a preferred option among our overseas clients.

This is undipped fabric. We have garnered significant interest from numerous customers for this type of fabric, although they often do not disclose its specific usage. We sell it as it is. If you are interested in undipped fabric, please feel free to reach out to Mario Chao.
