Since graduating in 2015, I have dedicated over 9 years to exporting A grade nylon6 dipped tyre cord fabric, polyester cord fabric, and synthetic fabric. My primary clientele includes foreign tyre factories, rubber hose factories, and rubber belt factories. Over the years, as I mainly supplied A grade fabrics, numerous customers reached out through Facebook and LinkedIn inquiring about B grade or off grade fabric. Typically, the length ranges from 3m to 10m, which can significantly impact its resale value. We are always open to negotiations with our clients. Regarding size, I can't guarantee all fabrics are 2 or 3 denier, but with some luck, you might receive them. Note that we never separate their twists.

Here is our B grade nylon dipped tire cord fabric. We have opened the package for inspection, and you can observe its deep brown color. Being from our inventory, using it for tire production might affect performance. However, due to its affordability, many small foreign tire factories use it for motorcycle and bicycle tires. While I do not recommend this fabric for tire production, it is excellent for manufacturing fish nets and ropes, making it popular among our international rope clients.
