I have been dedicated to exporting A grade nylon6 dipped tyre cord fabric, polyester cord fabric, and synthetic fabric, among others, for over 9 years since I graduated in 2015. Throughout these years, I have primarily supplied A grade fabrics to international tyre factories, rubber hose factories, and rubber belt factories. This is our waste nylon fabric. While the exact length is unknown, we understand that length is crucial for many buyers. Typically, these waste fabrics range from 3m to 10m, enabling higher resale value for longer lengths. We are always open to negotiations with our clients. Regarding denier size, we cannot guarantee a consistent 2 or 3 denier. However, with a bit of luck, you might receive it. We do not separate their twists.

Here is our waste polyester fabric. Although the exact length is not specified, we acknowledge the importance of length for many purchasers concerned about resale value. Most waste fabrics measure between 3m and 10m. We are pleased to negotiate with our clients. Concerning size, we cannot guarantee that you will always receive 2 or 3 denier fabrics, but you might be fortunate. We do not separate the twists.

This is our B grade nylon dipped tire cord fabric. The package has been opened, revealing its deep brown color. While this inventory may impact tire performance, it remains popular among small foreign tire factories for producing motorcycle and bicycle tires due to its low cost. While I do not recommend using this fabric for tire production, it is excellent for creating fish nets and ropes, making it highly popular with our overseas rope clients.
