1. What are the payment terms?

T/T is the most efficient payment method, ensuring timely delivery of your tires. We also accept L/C at sight for your convenience.

2. What is the delivery time?

For general sizes with stock, our delivery time is 7-14 days post-deposit. For new production, expect delivery within 14-28 days post-deposit.

3.What is the warranty policy?

Each tire with a complete serial number is protected against workmanship and material defects for 2 YEARS from the purchase date. After this period, the warranty concludes.

Notice: The warranty is calculated from the purchase date. If no purchase proof is available, we will use the tire's manufacturing date.
