I have been working in exporting A grade nylon6 dipped tyre cord fabric, polyester cord fabric, and synthetic fabrics, etc., for more than 9 years since I graduated from university in 2015. Over the past 9 years, I have primarily supplied our A grade fabrics to international tyre factories, rubber hose factories, and rubber belt factories. While selling A grade fabrics, many customers reached out to me via Facebook and LinkedIn, inquiring if I sold B grade or off grade fabrics. My answer was yes. Consequently, I began offering B grade and off grade fabrics. Based on my extensive experience, my customers mainly use these fabrics to produce ropes and fish nets. Regarding the denier size, while we can't guarantee all fabrics are 2 or 3 denier, you might get lucky. We never separate their twists.

This is our B grade nylon dipped tire cord fabric. As you can see from the picture, it has a deep brown color. Since it is inventory, using it for tire production might affect the tire's performance. Nevertheless, many small international tire factories purchase our B grade nylon fabric to produce motorcycle or bicycle tires due to its low price. While I don't recommend using our nylon fabric inventory for tire production, it is excellent for making fish nets and ropes. This inventory is quite popular among our overseas rope clients.

Here we have our undipped fabric. Many customers show a keen interest in this material, though they often decline to reveal its intended use. We simply sell it as is. Bosses interested in this fabric are welcome to contact Mario Chao.
