Primarily crafted from nylon 6, nylon 66, and polyester, our dipped tire cord fabric boasts several advantages:

Packing and Delivery Details:
1. Packing Details: Conforms to international standard export packing in packages or tailored to customer’s specifications.
The fabric is carefully wound on a wooden or iron shaft, enveloped in a layer of black polyethylene film, covered with PE film, and tightly secured in a woven PP bag.
Each roll's weight and length can be customized to align with customer requirements.
2. Payment Terms: 100% L/C at sight or 30% T/T in advance, with the remaining 70% payable upon sight of B/L copy.
3. Delivery Timeframe:
Upon receipt of a valid deposit:
2-5 days for sample production,
15-20 days for 1-3 20 FCL containers,
20-30 days for 3-5 20 FCL containers.
4. Sample Policy:
Samples are provided free of charge.
