1.Q: How about your delivery time?
A: Within 15 days after deposit, we always deliver the goods according to customer's requirement.
2.Q: What is your minimum order quantity(MOQ)?
A: The MOQ is 100pcs. Less quantity will not be recommended, which will take more shipping freight and increase the business extra cost!
3.Q: Can I mix several sizes in one container?
A: Yes, you can mix several sizes and patterns, and you can also mix Truck tyres and Passenger car tyres together.
4.Q: What's your payment terms?
A: 1) 30% TT deposit, the balance should be paid against copy of B/L after delivery.
2) By irrevocable L/C at sight.
3) Other payment can be negotiated.
5.Q: Do you have stock?
A: We have sufficient stock to ship at any time.
6.Q: What month will snow tires be available for sale? Are they available now?
A: Yes, they are in stock. Usually snow tires stop being produced after September.
7.Q: Whether winter tires are necessary if they don't encounter heavy snow but still face freezing temperatures?
A: Winter tires perform better in cold conditions (even on dry roads) due to their specialized rubber compound.
8. Q: Do your tires perform equally well on heavy snow as they do on slush/wet roads?
A: Yes, we use 4 layers of belts, which are equally durable on snow and muddy/wet roads.
