1. What are the payment terms?

We accept T/T for timely delivery assurance and L/C at sight.

2. What is the delivery timeframe?

For general sizes with stock, delivery occurs 7-14 days after deposit. For new production, it's 14-28 days post-deposit.

3.What is the warranty policy?

Each tire with a complete serial number is warranted against workmanship and material defects for 2 YEARS from the purchase date. Post this period, the warranty concludes.

Note: If purchase proof is absent, the tire's manufacturing date is used to calculate age.
