Dipped Tire Cord Fabric
Our dipped tire cord fabric is primarily made from nylon 6, nylon 66, and polyester, offering several advantages such as:

Packing and Delivery Details:
1. Packing Details: Adheres to international standard export packing in packages or as per customer specifications.
The fabric is meticulously wound around a wooden or iron shaft, encased in a layer of black polyethylene film, covered with PE film, and finally secured with a tightly woven PP bag.
The weight and length of each roll can be customized to meet specific customer requirements.
2. Payment Terms: 100% L/C at sight or 30% T/T in advance, with the remaining 70% payable upon sight of B/L copy.
3. Delivery Timeframe:
Upon receipt of a workable deposit:
2-5 days for sample production,
15-20 days for 1-3 20 FCL containers,
20-30 days for 3-5 20 FCL containers.
4. Sample Policy:
Samples are provided free of charge.
