Dipped tire cord fabric
Primarily crafted from nylon 6, nylon 66, and polyester, offering advantages such as:

This material plays a crucial role in maintaining the structural integrity of products, allowing them to handle significant loads and remain in optimal shape.

Usage
This material is extensively utilized in the robust reinforcement of
rubber tires, providing enhanced durability,
conveyor belts, ensuring superior strength,
rubber hoses, delivering consistent performance,
and flexible industrial oil tanks, maintaining reliability.
Packing and delivery:
1. Packing details: Conforms to international standard export packing, available in customized packages or as per customer requirements.
The fabric is meticulously wound on a wooden or iron shaft, enveloped in black polyethylene film, followed by a protective PE film, and finally secured with a tightly woven PP bag.
Each roll's weight and length can be tailored to meet customer specifications and requirements.
2. Payment Terms: 100% L/C at sight or 30% T/T in advance, with the remaining 70% payable upon presentation of B/L copy.
3. Delivery Time:
Upon receipt of a workable deposit,
2-5 days for sample orders, ensuring quick assessment,
15-20 days for 1-3 standard 20 FCL containers, ensuring timely bulk delivery,
20-30 days for 3-5 standard 20 FCL containers, accommodating larger orders efficiently.
4. Sample:
Samples are provided free of charge to ensure product suitability.
For express costs exceeding 15 USD, please provide the account number for DHL, ***, EMS, etc. Freight will be collected upon delivery.
