I have been working in exporting A grade nylon6 dipped tyre cord fabric, polyester cord fabric, and synthetic fabric for over 9 years since I graduated from university in 2015. Over the past 9 years, I primarily supplied our A grade fabrics to international tyre factories, rubber hose factories, and rubber belt factories. During this time, many customers, through platforms like Facebook and LinkedIn, inquired if I also sold B grade or off grade fabric. My response was affirmative, and I subsequently started selling B grade and off grade fabrics. Based on my experience, customers often use these fabrics to manufacture ropes and fish nets, though some prefer not to disclose their specific applications. This is our waste nylon fabric. While I can't provide the exact length, which I know is a crucial factor for many, the lengths typically range from 3m to 10m. If you're fortunate, you might receive them. We do not separate their twists.

This is our waste polyester fabric. Again, I can't specify the exact length, but it's an important consideration. The lengths generally range from 3m to 10m, and longer lengths can fetch higher prices from end buyers. We are happy to negotiate with our clients. Regarding the size, I can't assure that all these fabrics are 2 or 3 denier. If you're lucky, you might get it. We do not separate their twists.

This is B grade polyester cord fabric in rolls. It is highly favored by customers producing fish nets and ropes. If this fabric interests you, please don't hesitate to contact me.

This is B grade nylon dipped tire cord fabric. We opened the package, and as seen in the picture, it has a deep brown color. Being inventory material, if used for tire production, the tire's performance may be affected. However, numerous smaller foreign tire factories purchase our B grade nylon fabric for manufacturing motorcycle and bicycle tires due to its lower price point. While I don't recommend using this nylon fabric inventory for tire production, it is excellent for making fish nets and ropes, and is especially popular with our overseas rope clients.
