Primarily made from nylon 6, nylon 66, and polyester, our dipped tire cord fabric boasts:

Packing and Delivery Details
1. Packing Details: Conforms to international standard export packing, either in packages or customized as per customer's specifications.
The fabric is meticulously wound on a wooden or iron shaft, enveloped by a black polyethylene film, then covered with PE film, and finally secured with a tightly woven PP bag.
Each roll's weight and length can be tailored to meet specific customer requirements.
2. Payment Terms: 100% L/C at sight or 30% T/T in advance, with the remaining 70% due upon sight of B/L copy.
3. Delivery Timeframe:
Upon receipt of a viable deposit:
• 2-5 days for sample production,
• 15-20 days for 1-3 20 FCL containers,
• 20-30 days for 3-5 20 FCL containers.
4. Sample Policy:
Complimentary samples provided.
