It is mainly made of nylon 6, nylon 66, and polyester, with advantages such as:

Packing and Delivery Details:
1. Packing Details: Compliant with international standard export packing, either in packages or as per customer’s specific requirements.
The fabric is meticulously wound on a sturdy wooden or iron shaft, encased in a black polyethylene film, enveloped with PE film, and finally secured with a tightly woven PP bag.
Each roll's weight and length can be tailored to customer specifications, ensuring flexibility and precision.
2. Payment Terms: 100% L/C at sight or 30% T/T in advance, with the remaining 70% payable upon sight of B/L copy.
3. Delivery Timeframe:
Upon receipt of a workable deposit:
2-5 days for expedited sample production,
15-20 days for manufacturing 1-3 containers (20 FCL each),
20-30 days for producing 3-5 containers (20 FCL each).
4. Sample Policy:
Samples are provided complimentary.
