Our dipped tire cord fabric, primarily made of nylon 6, nylon 66, and polyester, offers several notable advantages, including:

The fabric is meticulously wound on a wooden or iron shaft. It's then layered with black polyethylene film, followed by a protective PE film, and finally secured with a tightly woven PP bag.
Each roll's weight and length can be tailored to meet the specific requirements of the customer.
2. Payment Terms: Flexible options include 100% L/C at sight or 30% T/T in advance, with the remaining 70% payable upon sight of the B/L copy.
3. Delivery Timeframe:
Post receipt of a workable deposit, expect delivery within:
2-5 days for sample production,
15-20 days for 1-3 20 FCL containers,
20-30 days for 3-5 20 FCL containers.
4. Sample Policy:
We offer samples free of charge for evaluation.
