Primarily made of nylon 6, nylon 66, and polyester, our tire cord fabric boasts the following advantages:

Packing and Delivery Details:
1. Packing Details: Complies with international standard export packing, either pre-packaged or customized per customer's requirements.
The fabric is meticulously wound on a wooden or iron shaft, followed by a layer of black polyethylene film, then encapsulated with PE film, and finally secured with a tightly woven PP bag.
Each roll's weight and length are customizable to meet specific customer specifications.
2. Payment Terms: 100% L/C at sight, or an initial 30% T/T in advance with the remaining 70% payable upon sight of the B/L copy.
3. Delivery Timeframe:
Post receipt of a workable deposit:
• 2-5 days for sample production,
• 15-20 days for 1-3 20 FCL containers,
• 20-30 days for 3-5 20 FCL containers.
4. Sample Policy:
Complimentary samples available.
